Initial Session - 90 minutes

During our initial session, we'll discuss your health history, and explore your specific goals. This is also a great opportunity for us to get to know each other and build a strong foundation for our work together. We'll conclude by discussing a personalized plan of care and how often we should meet. Most clients choose weekly sessions.

Follow Up Sessions - 60 minutes

Follow ups are where we will do lots of learning. I am big on collaboration, and will always ask what is on your itinerary for session, followed by any celebrations or challenges since the last session for discussion. We will always be creating and checking in on your goals for accountability. If we are meeting virtual I will share my screen, for us to do worksheets, activities, or maybe even eating together. If we are meeting in person, I will provide printed resources.
